About Us
Annalee is the passionate founder of Geo Dance, where the mission is to teach a variety of dance skills within a dynamic and inclusive dance fitness class environment. With a deep-rooted love for dance, Annalee is dedicated to bringing communities together through the universal language of dance whilst improving fitness.
Her journey in dance began at age 3 and ignited a lifelong passion. She pursued formal training in multiple genres, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the art form. Followed by years of experience as a professional dancer, she recognized the transformative power of dance and envisioned a place where people could not only improve their fitness but also learn about and appreciate different cultures through dance. This vision led to the creation of Geo Dance.
The Dance Hive welcomes everyone, regardless of age or skill level. Along with her team, Annalee is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where people can thrive, learn, and share in the joy of dance.

Meet The Team
Annalee
GEO DANCE FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Annalee is the creator and founder of Geo Dance and the Geo Dance brand. With advanced level technical dance training, she was an award winner at annual national dance competitions through childhood, and had an international professional dance career through her late teens and 20’s.
Together with a secondary career across Executive Business Support and Operations, her combination of experience, skill set and talent has led to the creation and establishment of the Geo Dance brand and business.
Michelle
GEO DANCE ADULTS INSTRUCTOR
Michelle trained as a dancer from age 5. Her natural dance and vocal ability saw her win many awards and achieve advanced level technical dance training. She’s graced many a stage as lead dancer and vocalist.
Michelle currently hosts Geo Dance at the Tadley & Theale venues in Reading.
Lorraine
GEO DANCE KIDS TEACHER
Lorraine brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Geo Kids classes. With advanced level dance training from childhood, a European professional dance career and later working as a Teaching Assistant in School, Lorraine possesses all the skills of an exceptional children's dance teacher!
Gracie
GEO DANCE KIDS TEACHING ASSISTANT (COVER)
Gracie, an experienced and passionate dance teacher at Geo Dance! Gracie has trained in RAD ballet and ISTD modern and tap since the age of two. As a five-time national rock and roll champion, she brings an incredible level of expertise and energy to every class. Gracie's performance career has taken her to the stage alongside Strictly Come Dancing's Pasha, multiple dance productions, and even a role in a Netflix film. She's committed to making dance an inspiring and joyful experience, ensuring students at Geo Dance look forward to every class!
Jayne
GEO DANCE KIDS ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Beautiful Jayne is a high profile Executive Assistant having a career supporting Directors at companies such as Thames Water and Oracle. Jayne found her passion for Geo Dance when joining our Mortimer & Burghfield dance sessions, and will manage the Geo Dance Kids business administration from April 2025 with her outstanding skill set and experience.
